A few months ago I was experimenting with Photoshop to create a skin texture of the characters in the movie "avatar". Its simple enough. I've used this picture of my friend to create the avatar skin.

As shown in the work flow I've used the pen tool to create a selection around his hand and then filled it with "008dd2" (I don't know the exact tone) in a new layer.Then change the blending mode of the new layer to "overlay". I did this for all the "skin area". And for some final touch I added a few white spots on the face. I've used liquify to distort the ears. That's it...!! The Avatar Skin.

Introduction

Hi I'm Jeffrey. I'm starting this blog in an attempt to display some of my works and college stuff. As I'm doing my B.A. in Digital Media most of my work will be design oriented.      

              Well for starters.....I drew this picture a few months back ,I got the reference from Google.Its called "The Holy Trinity" by Coecke van Aelst, Pieter. However my drawing has a long way to go......

Here are few more of my drawings. I did a Google search on "how to draw manga faces" and I got hold of two tutorials which were really interesting. With very simple steps. I saw these tutorials on youtube and it just took me a few minutes to draw them.
